Kids News Network Afghanistan

KNN Afghanistan produced its first TV program, broadcasted by RTA Radio television of Afghanistan, in June 2004.

Ayenda Sazan “Future Makers” is a Kids News program for all Afghan children, Kids News Network has broadcasted its first TV program under the name of “Future Makers” in Afghanistan. Future makers team has different TV programs like local and international News, and sports news. Future Makers provides detailed information about schools, newspapers, historical areas, determining the outstanding faces in training of young announcers.

Future Makers prepare its programmes for kids, youths and elders in two Afghan national languages: Dari and Pashto.

The main aim of these kids news programs is giving importance to Afghan children and to improve the knowledge to those
who can’t access educational schools.

Besides the facilitations of these sorts of programs we were able to teach these kids, but slightly the coverage of the hard working
improved and finally “Future Makers” could make its viewer like educated, less educated, not educated and even elders.

The “Future Makers” has aired until now 230 programs and it’s currently in the process of making two more programs of 20 minutes each and twice a week on Wednesdays at 4:30 PM and on Sunday evenings at 6:10 PM in National Radio Television of Afghanistan.

With the consideration that the programs are made in two national languages one team consisting of 7 announcers male and female are also involved in the activities of this program.
